Providing false or misleading information to patients or the public respecting health and matters relating to health, including, without limitation, health services, drugs, devices and other health products commits an offence is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding *$200 000* or to imprisonment for a term of not more than *2 years*, or to both.
A board must make bylaws respecting the *mandatory **vaccination**s*, required under an enactment other than the bylaws, against transmissible illnesses;
This Bill is clearly targeted at any and all health care professionals speaking out about the Covid 19 pandemic practices and protocols.
